Shipping No order will be processed nor shipped unless satisfactory payment arrangements have been arranged and completed with Heritage Trim. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with the shipment of Heritage Trim products unless otherwise arranged with Heritage Trim management. They include (but are not limited too) any value-added-taxes (e.g. GST, VAT), duties associated with trans-border shipments, fines, levies, damages incurred during shipment and re-shipment of products if necessary. Heritage Trim, Inc. ships all products via prepaid courier or transport companies. Heritage Trim, Inc. reserves the right to change these policies without notice. Returns   Heritage Trim, Inc. will accept returns (minus a re-stocking fee) under certain circumstances. They include (but are not limited too) product(s) that have not been installed, modified in any way or damaged during shipment. The re-stocking fee is 20% of the list price of the product at the time of purchase.   Heritage Trim, Inc. reserves the right to change this policy without notice.
