Heritage Trim Inc. warrants that the products available on this web site or manufactured at our production facilities, are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase and installation under normal recommended conditions. When a customer purchases a Heritage Trim product, the customer assumes the responsibility to inspect all materials prior to any form of installation and to notify Heritage Trim Inc. of any possible defects or damages. Should a defect be found (and accepted by Heritage Trim Inc.), this warranty is limited to the replacement of the product. It does not include the cost of any labor to repair said product, the transportation costs associated with returned said product, or other expenses of any kind incurred in connection with the return or shipment of a replacement products. The sole obligation of Heritage Trim Inc. Inc. under this warranty is to repair or replace defective products, F.O.B. Heritage Trim Inc.’s place of business or to make a refund for costs of the products only as described above. Heritage Trim Inc. does not indemnify any person, firm or corporation whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages caused from defective products. Heritage Trim Inc. recommends modifications to any polyurethane product be attempted in a well ventilated area. Please utilize an appropriate face mask and eye wear. Unless otherwise specified, all Heritage Trim Inc. products are not fire retardant; keep away from open flame.
